  2.      RPI=  Rockwell Protocol Interface.  There is a V42bis.DRV file on  the
  3. diskette, and the Software must recognise RPI for it to Interface that with
  4. the modem. Any software that reconises RPI will have a driver included. RPI
  5. based modems do not use RTS/CTS of the program, it too is RPI controlled.

  7.      There are not very many term programs that suport  RPI for
  8. V42bis. Right now I know of 3. (in order of ease of use).
